She was predeceased by: her husband Homer Watkins; her parents, William Lafayette and Sarah Spencer Lafayette; her son Jimmy Ray White; and her siblings, Monette Parks, Annie Lee Brown, Tommy Lafayette, Dennis Lafayette and Winton Lafayette.
She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa White Parker (Edwin) of Calhoun City, MS and Melinda White Leachman of Calhoun City, MS; her stepsons, Thad Watkins (AC) of Hoover, AL and Everette Watkins of Key West, FL; her brother Charles Lafayette (Barbara) of Calhoun City; her grandchildren, Travis England (Beth), Tracy King (Rusty), Lenon England, Andi Dunn (Chris), Martin White (Amy), Bradley White (Nidia), Sara Wester (Garrett), Jace Leachman, Lacy Herrington (John), Thad Watkins Jr. (Haylee) and Patrick Watkins; and her caregiver Christine Clements. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
