He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Boyce Treadwell and Annie Pearl Smith Treadwell; and his grandparents, James Louis, Lillie May Luke, Warren and Minnie Lee Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Shelda McFall Treadwell; and his siblings, Teresa Treadwell of Calhoun City and Jessie Treadwell of Anchor, MS. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
