She is survived by: her children, Faye Lucius of Derma, Calvin Crutchfield of Calhoun City and Kenny Crutchfield (Mary Jane) of Big Creek; her grandchildren, Ginger Smith (Carl) of Calhoun City, Brooks Lucius (Erica) of Derma and Crystal Carlson (Steven) of Big Creek; her great grandchildren, Kelsey Bevill (Joseph) of Big Creek, Courtland Crutchfield, Will Carlson, Luke Carlson, Ian Carlson of Big Creek, Hannah Tipton and Sam Tipton of Derma; and her sister Virginia Costilow of Newton.
