She was predeceased by: her parents, John Vardaman McQuary and Mamie Edwards McQuary; and her siblings, Madolyn McQuary Boland, J. V. McQuary and Oren Leon "Red" McQuary. She is also survived by three nieces, three nephews, and her family of caregivers.
