She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Crutchfield; her daughter Crystal Carlson (Steven) of Hattiesburg, MS; her sister Karen "Katie" Devall (Dwight) of Big Creek; and her grandchildren, Courtland Crutchfield, Will Carlson, Lucas Carlson and Ian Carlson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
