He is survived by: his daughter Tabitha Evelyn Fletcher; his brother Bobby (Kathrine Fletcher); his sister-in-law Gladys Fletcher; his wife Judy Gaye Bounds Fletcher; and his siblings, Clarence Fletcher, Albert Fletcher, Eugene Fletcher, Dorothy Ballard, Bernice Watson and Delsie Burton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, four grandchildren.
