She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Russell Watson and Frances Head Watson; and her sister Jane Hammett. She is survived by: her daughters, Shelly Stoddard (David) of Calhoun City, Alice Massey (Julius) of Vardaman and Julie Fulton (Matt) of Saltillo; her sister Geneva Morris (John) of Seabrook, TX; her brother-in-law Ron Hammett of West Monroe, LA; her grandchildren, Tyler Stoddard, Landyn Stoddard, Grant Stoddard, Mason Massey, Anrea Massey, Sadie Frances Fulton and Claire Fulton; and her caregiver Lucretia Monger. She is also survived by two nephews, seven nieces.
