He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Crutchfield and Catherine Marter Crutchfield; and his brother-in-law Charles Lee McGreger. He is survived by: his wife Lana Howell Crutchfield; his daughters, Tanya Parker (Josh) of Calhoun City and Brittany Crutchfield of Houston; and his siblings, Mary Ann McGreger of Vardaman and Jason Crutchfield (Cherri) of Vardaman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
