Phillips; and his children, David Edward Phillips (Debbie), Melinda Ann White (William), Christopher William Phillips (Jan), Ginger Ann Gallendo (Felix), Barbie Lou Cole and Herbert Mark Leavitt (Nodi). He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, and 18 Great Grandchildren.
