He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Rae Palmer Allen and Preston Allen. He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl; and his siblings, Wanda Baldwin of Caledonia, MS and Rockey Allen of Carrollton, AL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
