Otheal left this world on February 23, 2025 at the age of 97, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, L. D. Betts and Sallie Clardy Betts; her husband Al Weathers; her son Thomas Earl Norwood; and her siblings, James Arthur Betts, Johnny Betts, Billy Edwin Betts and Norma Dean Seawright.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Thomas Christopher Norwood (Susie), Henry Alan "Hank" Norwood (Christie) and Margaret Gayla Davis (Mac); her great grandchildren, Parker Norwood, Holland Davis and Grey Davis; her daughter-in-law Sandy Norwood; and her stepgrandchildren, Page Cruz (Rudy), Troy White (Suzanne) and Tucker Moore (Amanda). She is also survived by 8 step great grandchildren, and 2 step great great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
