She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Bradberry and Theron Bradberry; her brother Charles G. Williams; and her grandparents, Leslie Ford Pennington and Cliffie Malinda Coleman Pennington.
She is survived by: her husband John Cook; her daughters, Julie S. Gillis, Jennifer G. Andrews (Scott) and Jeanie M. Miller (Marki); her grandchildren, Jason L. Mann, Lindsay B. Blankenship, Hayden Gillis (Jayne), Hunter R. Griffin (Grace), Drake Griffin and Tyler Henderson; her great grandchildren, Launa, Alexa, Cason, Gadsden, Grayson, Teagyn, Hadlee and Roni Faye; her sisters, Penny White and Etta Williams; and her nieces, RhondaReed Egan (Jim) and Shelia Reed Childs.
