He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Lewis and Campie Mae Cantrell Lewis; his wife Robbie Gray Lewis; and his son James David Lewis. He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Carol Hayward (Randy) of Caledonia, MS and Betty Jean Smith (Johnny) of Columbus, MS.. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
