He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Miller and Joyce Miller. He is survived by: his wife Shelia Frederick Miller; his children, Dr. Matthew Miller (Laura) and Anna Prather (Barry); his grandchildren, Jackson Miller, Mary Frances Miller, Rook Miller, Daniel Prather, Benjamin Prather and Millie Prather; his sister Michele Simpson (Jim); and his caregivers, Evelyn Pippin, Gayle Thomas and Kalisha Lanier.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the New Salem Baptist Church (7086 Wolfe Rd, Columbus, MS 39705). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
