He is survived by: his wife Shelia Frederick Miller; his children, Dr. Matthew Miller (Laura) and Anna Prather (Barry); his grandchildren, Jackson Miller, Mary Frances Miller, Rook Miller, Daniel Prather, Benjamin Prather and Millie Prather; his sister Michele Simpson (Jim); and his caregivers, Evelyn Pippin, Gayle Thomas and Kalisha Lanier.
