He is survived by: his wife Claudia Neal of Caledonia, MS; his children, Cleveland Neal, Jr. of Caledonia, MS and Carla Neal-Bush (Vincent) of Caledonia, MS; his siblings, Herbert Neal, Jr. (Debra) of Lawrence, GA, Archie Darby, James Darby (Tanya), Arthur Darby, Jr. (Karen), Cheryl Lewis (Ray), Sandra Wilson (Eulister) and Patricia St (Ronald); and his grandchildren, Jerome McNeil, Jacari Bush, Kaylan Neal and Kaydan Neal. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
