She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Herrick and Lou Landrum Herrick; and her brother John Herrick. She is survived by: her sons, Curtis DeSmidt (Philesa) and Robby DeSmidt (Chasity); and her grandchildren, Jonathan DeSmidt, Bre DeSmidt, Tyler DeSmidt, Lakelan DeSmidt and Kyleigh Polk.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lowndes Funeral Home (1131 Lehmberg Rd, Columbus, MS 39702). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
