It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Agnes Victoria Mordecai of Caledonia, Mississippi, born in Fayette, Alabama, who passed away on April 6, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Flay R. Mordecai; her parents, Charlie Worthy and Francis Dickerson Richards; and her siblings, Cora Mae Smith, Clara Wright, Estella Fowler, Elaine Reeves, Pauline Corkren, Clifton Worthy, Oliver Worthy and Otis Worthy.
She is survived by: her children, Gregory Mordecai and Rhonda Russell; and her siblings, Rayford Worthy, Douglas Worthy and Melba June Lowery.
