He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Lois Steed Rayburn; his parents, Merida Felix Rayburn and Grace Evelyn Boggs Rayburn of Meridian; and his son-in-law Lanny Robinson. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Robinson of Raymond, Ann LeVan (Tim) of Maineville, OH and Melanie Plummer (Walter) of Raymond; his grandchildren, Leigh Lucroy (Charlie), Tom LeVan (Jenny) of Charlottesville, VA, Stewart LeVan of Maineville, OH, Heather Mooneyham (Patrick) of Wichita Falls, TX and Allison Plummer of Birmingham, AL; his stepgrandchildren, Ben Robinson (Alison) of Clinton and Abby Bennett (Vic) of Marietta, GA; his great grandchildren, William Guy and Robert Lucroy; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Gabe Lucroy, Alex Robinson and Bella Bennett.
Due to the current pandemic, a limited number of people will be allowed in the funeral home at one time and masks are required.
