He is survived by: his wife Edna Rutland Vance of Picayune; his children, Vickie Demarest of Loganville, GA, Kim Vance Lyons (David) of Rock Springs, WI and Charlie Vance (Michelle) of Red Oak, IA; his stepchildren, Janie Lasseigne (Bert), Pearlington, Julie Walker of Bay St and Loni Rutland of Florence; and his siblings, Barbara Pierson of Burleson, TX, Ted Vance of Burleson, TX, Harold Vance (Libby) of Burleson, TX and Milton Vance (Micky) of Burleson, TX. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
