He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Allen Foster and Edna Wilson Foster; his wife Chris; and his siblings, Jack and Helen.

He is survived by: his children, Wesley Foster (Trish) of McKinney, TX and Kathy Watkins of Brandon, MS; his grandchildren, Allen Foster of Shreveport, LA, Wesley Conn of Brandon, MS, Bonnie Price (Brian) of Dallas, TX and Benjamin Conn of Nashville, TN; and his sisters-in-law, Paula Crouch and Claudia Glockner of South Carolina. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Jefferson Street United Methodist Church or Pleasant Acre Day School.
