He was predeceased by: his father Horace J. Price; and his nephew Alan Jack Pinnow. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Price of Pearl, MS; his children, Austan Price of Pearl, MS and Gracee Price of Florence, MS; and his siblings, Jerome Price (Kathy) of Amarillo, TX and Jennifer Gregory (Carlton) of Oxford, MS. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; friends.
