He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Stewart and Bennie Stewart; and his wife Carolyn Patricia Newsome Stewart. He is survived by: his daughters, Angie Barlow of Florence, Cindy Loftin (George) of Florence, Stephanie Gatlin (Robbie) of Madison, Sheila Blackmon (Joe) of Florence and Ashley Bagwell (Justin) of Pearl; his grandchildren, Wendell Barlow, Crystal Sanford, Victoria Hemphill, Andy Gatlin and Kaylee Maria Bagwell; his great grandchildren, Caroline Sanford, Dalton Jones, Ella Grace Sanford, Axel Barlow and Charlie Hemphill; and his siblings, Pauline, Margaret, Patsy, Leon, Evon and Preston. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
