She was predeceased by: her father Victor Hugo; her husband Homer; and her sons, Curtis Thornton and Harry Thornton. She is survived by: her children, Victor Thornton (Cheryl), Nancy Thornton and Theresa Keith (Donnie); and her sister Eva Dale Barlow. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
