She was predeceased by: her husband Bennie; and her stepchildren, Thomas Jasper Davis, Paul Edward Davis and Sherry Lynn Haggins (Davis). She is survived by: her children, Rufus Ellis Pennington (Rosemary), Curtis Oldham Pennington (Lynne) of Byhalia, MS, Brenda Fay (Pennington), Branstetter (Kenny) and Michael Martin Pennington (Debbie) of Chattanooga, TN; her stepchildren, Bennie Earl Davis Jr. of Crystal Springs, MS and Michael Eugene Davis of East Prairie, MO; and her brother Fredrick Cahoon (Krista) of Urbana, OH.. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
