With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Marie Noe of Byhalia, Mississippi, born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on June 19, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Taylor and Hazel Taylor; and her brother John W. Taylor Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Bill Nails (Jessie), Ivan Nails (Chrissy) and Shane Nails; and her siblings, Joan Tomb (Gordon) and James Taylor (Georgeann). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and twenty six great grandchildren.
