He was predeceased by: his parents, Dalton Looney and Louise Looney; and his sisters, Teresa Fleming and Carmen Myers. He is survived by: his children, Jodi Sherman (Spencer), Jena Looney, Cadence Looney and Gus Stephens; his brother James Looney (Stacy); and his pet Pedro. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
