He is survived by: his wife Cecelia Gilkey of Byhalia; his daughters, Cheryl Rutledge (James) of Dexter, MO, Cynthia Tyler (Jody) of Olive Branch and Carrolyn Winters (Jon) of Collierville, TN; his grandchildren, Travis Rutledge (Ashley) of Dexter, Tyler Rutledge of Dexter, Matthew Tyler (Annamarie) of Olive Branch, Jeremy Tyler of Olive Branch, Cameron Fletcher (Cassia Hathaway) of Abilene, TX, Colton Winters of Collierville and Cailyn Hampton (Clay Wheeler) of Olive Branch; his great grandchildren, Kaylee Rutledge of Dexter, Charlee Tyler of Olive Branch, Nolee Cowan of Olive Branch, Norah Cowan of Olive Branch, Brenden Rutledge of Sikeston, MO and Luke Tyler of Olive Branch; and his sister Mary Toole of Gideon, MO. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
