He is survived by: his wife Shirley Jewell Fortner of Humboldt, TN.; his children, Greta Rich (Jim), Lisa Johnson (Rocky), David Fortner and Andrea Guerin (Jean-Pierre); his grandchildren, Joshua Johnson, Bethany Johnson, Alexander Guerin, Daniel Guerin, Claire Guerin Watts (Terrence) and Christina Guerin; and his great grandchildren, Tyler, Hunter, Haylee Harper and Gabriella Watts.
