He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Lane Edwards of Byhalia, Mississippi; his daughters, Kristan Lena Carmody of Byhalia, Shana Lee Landa (Drew) of Hernando and Ashley Dawn Surbaugh (Matt) of Olive Branch, Mississippi; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Grace, Drew Landa of Hernando, Kelby and Jacob Surbaugh of Olive Branch, Mississippi; his great grandchild Emily Landa of Hernando, Mississippi; and his siblings, Dale Koelling of Salem, Arkansas, Nora Kutsenda of Hammond, Indiana and Joie York (Shaun Ellison).
