She is survived by: her husband Gerald Cook; her children, Gina Maley (Tom) of Byhalia, MS and Randy Cook (Billie) of Bartlett, TN.; her grandsons, John Maley (Jennifer), Christopher Maley (Jennifer), Paul Maley (Victoria) and Andrew Cook (Mary Love); and her great grandchildren, Collin, Addison, Katelyn, Edward, Connor, Samuel and Simon.
