It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emma Elizabeth Shackelford of Byhalia, Mississippi, born in Wynne, Arkansas, who passed away on May 16, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Eugene Shackelford; and her parents, Morris Arnold Williams and Emma Frances Williams. She is survived by: her daughters, Joy Burbeck, Carolyn Houston, Marilyn Shaner (Mark) and Shirley Vincent (Jay); and her grandchildren, Tracy, Jason, Daniel, Chris, Timmy, Becky and Abbey. She is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
