It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Louise Berryman of Byhalia, Mississippi, who passed away on July 28, 2022, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Horace D. Berryman, Sr.; her children, Sara L. Traylor and Larry S. Berryman; her grandson Malcolm E. Traylor; and her parents, Edgar Simon and Maude Ella Kiser Vess.

She is survived by: her sons, Horace D. Berryman, Jr. (Dora) and Perry L. Berryman (Connie); and her brothers, Harold Vess of Muscle Shoals, AL and Charles Vess of Muscle Shoals, AL. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren and 30 great-great-grandchildren.
