She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Hooper; her parents, Hildegard Tessmer and Frank Tessmer; and her sons, Kenneth and Jefferson Hooper.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Cartwright, Mary Moody (Rodney) of Byhalia, MS, Virginia Lynn Morrison (Michael) of Waterford, MS and James William Hooper of Waterford, MS; and her grandchildren, Jennifer McMeans, Crystal Wade, Jaclyn Hunsucker, Rebecca McRay, Samantha Morrison and Raymond Moody. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
