He was predeceased by: his mother Lettie Ann; his former wife Margaret; and his great grandchildren, Sydney and Luke. He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his children, Annette Watkins West (Rio), Mark Watkins (Sheila), Paul Watkins (Donna) and Gregory Watkins (Paige); his close friend Teresa Ann; and his grandchildren, Shawna Noe (Tim), Jeffrey Watkins, Mark Watkins, Jr. (Nikki), James West and Andrew Watkins. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
