He is survived by: his children, Donna Blackwelder Cramer, Cheryl Blackwelder Countryman, Billy Clyde Blackwelder, Jr., Lorie Blackwelder (Sharon), Anne Blackwelder Ford (Brad) and Melanie Blackwelder; his grandchildren, Jessica Ford, Katie Morgan, Nickoli Ford, Andrew Morgan and Emily Ford; his great grandchildren, Scarlett Dean, David Riggenbach and James Dean; and his siblings, Ruth Goodwin, Joyce Maddox, Janie Montgomery, Gale Jones and Max Blackwelder.
The family will have a private graveside service and hope to have a celebration of life at a later date when there aren't as many health concerns due to COVID-19.
