She is survived by: her husband John Mize; her children, Mark Beal (Suzy), Susan Edmonson (Ken) and Brenda Banks (Mark); her stepchildren, Johnny Mize (Laura) and Kelly Bandara (Jack); her brother-in-law Joe Lindsay; and also Teresa Forbis.
