She is survived by: her husband Dwight Hays; her children, Brandon, Kara, Nicole, Garrett and Jarrett; her children-in-law, Zach and Janna; her grandchildren, Skylar, Savannah, Demi, Kallum, Aaron, Samantha, Kohen, Carter and Nash; her sisters, Dawn, Jennifer and Liz; and her nieces and nephews, Amber and Jerry Wayne.
