She was predeceased by: her parents, James Herman and Mamie Craig Williams; her husband Bobby Gene Vinson; her son Glenn Clark Vinson; and her siblings, Lucille, May, Bobby, Sam, Bill, Sarah, Paul and Ernest.

She is survived by: her son Roger Eugene Vinson; her grandson Lawson Noah Vinson; and her siblings, John Williams and Dorothy Teague.
