He is survived by: his daughters, Candice Whitaker and Melissa Whitaker; his granddaughter Madelyn Whitaker; his sister Kathy W. Austin; his niece Krystal W. Carmack (Joe); his nephew Heath Whitaker (Alisha); and his sister-in-law Cleda Whitaker.
