She was predeceased by: her husband Cannlies Jospeh "Bruce" Broussard; her daughter Rhonda Regenia Broussard; and her parents, Jimmie Brackeen and Lester Benjamin Bobo. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, great-great-nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Jo Ann's honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the Wounded Warrior Project.
