He was predeceased by: his parents, James Reed, Sr. and JoAnn Haines; his stepfather Larry Haines; and his brother Marty Reed. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Taylor (Blake), Raylene Blake (Eric), Tabitha Prine (Brent) and James "Trey" Reed, III; his grandchildren, Elissa, Jadyn, Jayce, Trevor, Tristan, Bayleigh, Madison, Travis, Miley, Laythan, Kaitlynn, Callie Jo, Noah, Benjamin and Khloe; his great grandchild Creed; and his siblings, Teresa Howington (Teddy), Delores Flint (Roy) and David Reed (DeDe). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
