He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Owens of Burnsville; his children, Tabitha Wilkins (David) of Iuka, Tiffany Keltner (Casey) of Iuka, Kenneth Walthers (Susan) of Burnsville, Deborah Walthers of Burnsville and Regina Tutor (Paul Huggins) of Saltillo; and his siblings, Larry Owens (Charlotte) of Jumpertown, Stevie Owens and Linda Grissom Box of Iuka. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
