He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver C. Jones Sr. and Velma Hutto Jones; his wife Mildred Berniece Jones; and his brother Harris Jones. He is survived by: his son Larry Jones (Pat) of Meadville, MS; his grandchildren, Ty Jones (Melanie) of Flora, MS and Cory (Marty) of Jackson, MS; his great grandchild Hannah Katherine Jones; and his nieces and nephews, Wanda Jones Sturm, Lisa Coleman Mulloy, Alan Jones, Michael Coleman and Shane Coleman.
