He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Stanard and Lillian Stanard; his wife Bobbie Stanard; and his stepdaughter Sarah Caswell. He is survived by: his daughters, Mona Henderson (Leon) and Patrice Stanard; his stepson Charles E. Peterson (Joy); and his grandchildren, Dana McRee (Steven), Jason Freeman (Karen), Grace McAlpin, Amanda Eckerle and Tabitha Caswell. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
