It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Taylor Jordan of Buckatunna, Mississippi, who passed away on January 19, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vina Mae Nelton Loran and Jordan; his son Kevin Jordan; and his sisters, Nora Lee Carroll, Charlotte Dearmon and Francis Hollinghead.
He is survived by: his daughter Rachel Koen (Jeff) of Buckatunna, MS; his grandchildren, Timothy Zepeda, Kaley Thornton (Kaleb), Jacob Thompson, Jade Jordan, Rayne Jordan, Logan Jordan, Zoey Jordan and Shiloh Jordan; and his great grandchildren, Kassidy and Kennedi.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Red Creek Church of God. A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at the Zion Rest Cemetery (678 Denham Progress Rd, Buckatunna, MS 39322).
