He is survived by: his children, Roy M. Davis Jr. (Ena) of Mobile, Mark S. Davis (Lisa) of Pearl, Mississippi and Sara Davis Quillen (Ed) of Bruce, Mississippi; his brother Claud Myron Davis of Boston, MA; and his grandchildren, Alix Williams (Charles), Loryn Davis, Anna Quillen, Catherine Quillen, Edmond Quillen III (Katie), Kurt Davis and Natalie Davis.
