He is survived by: his wife Annie Melton Mulkey of Bruce; his children, Billy Dean Mulkey (Patty) of Asheboro, NC, Sean Mulkey (Sherry) of Vardaman, Joe Mulkey of Bruce, Andy Mulkey of Calhoun City, Priscilla Murrah (Dean) of Nesbit, MS, Rita Allen (Terry) of Marshall, TX and Sandy Ferguson (Jeff) of Bruce; his daughter-in-law Rita Mulkey; his siblings, Arlene Castleberry, Molly Bush, Betty Turner, Richard Mulkey, Jerry Mulkey and Bill Joe Mulkey; and his friend Jimmy. He is also survived by Numerous Brothers and Sisters including a host of Neices and Nephews.
