He is survived by: his mother Etta Fay Murphy Collins; his son Jacob Collins (Kyrsten); his siblings, Johnny Collins, Ray Collins (Mary), Shelby Collins (Gwen), Robert Collins (Susan), Athen Collins (Connie), Juanita Folks (Ronnie) and Deloris Kellum (Kenneth); and his grandchildren, Everly Collins, Lynden Collins and Marleigh Collins.
