He is survived by: his mother Annie Melton Mulkey of Bruce; and his siblings, Billy Dean (Patty) of Asheboro, NC, Sean Mulkey (Sherry) of Vardaman, Andy Mulkey (Shone) of Calhoun City, Pricilla Murrah (Dean) of Southaven, Rita Allen (Terry) of Marshall, TX and Sandy Ferguson (Jeff) of Bruce, MS.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
