She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Harrell and Elva Mae Freely Harrell; her husband Edmond Rance Bailey Sr.; her daughter Evelyn Lucille Bailey Brown; and her siblings, Baby Paul Harrell, Charles Thomas Harrell, Floyd Gerald Harrell, Mary Nell Tubbs and Vivian Maxine Barkley.
She is survived by: her children, Edgar Harrell, Elva Mae Freely Harrell, Edmond Rance Bailey Jr. (Brenda) of Vardaman, Mississippi and Reita Green (David) of Vardaman, Mississippi.; her grandchildren, Cole Brown (Tammy) of Grenada, Mississippi, Greta Parker (Kyle) of Austin, Texas, Hannah Collins (Corey) of Pontotoc, Mississippi, Jason Bailey (Laurie) of Tupelo, Mississippi, Josh Bailey of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Larisa Bell of Tupelo, Mississippi, Molly Brown (Dan) of Biloxi, Mississippi, Rowanna, Trae Bailey (Sarah) of Grenada, Mississippi and Fourteen; and her brother-in-law Johnny Tubbs of Grenada, Mississippi.. She is also survived by children, grandchildren and a husband.
